It seems like just yesterday members of The Limn Group (TLG) sat down with Capital Area Special Olympics Louisiana (CASOL) board members so ready for structure and direction for its public relations efforts to fulfill the needs and desires of their organization. TLG is excited to present its final campaign book to those same board members next week and watch as CASOL continues to receive exposure and awareness over the next year.
As Manship students, we learn the fundamentals of the practice of public relations. We study words printed in textbooks and take countless tests on AP style. But it wasn’t until we were thrown into the real world of PR that we were able to learn the skills a textbook could never accurately teach.
